100% Arabica — Our coffee
3 process — Ways to process coffee
For everyone — Knowledge without frontiers

Washed — Clarity and Definition
After the pulp is removed, the mucilage is eliminated through fermentation and washing, or through other demucilaging methods, before drying. This process typically produces coffees with well-defined flavors and noticeable acidity.
Natural — Sweetness and fruit expression
The coffee cherries are dried whole, retaining the pulp throughout this stage. Depending on the coffee and the processing conditions, this method can produce bold, sweet, and fruity flavor profiles.
Honey — Sweetness and balance
The skin and part of the pulp are removed, while some mucilage is retained during drying. This method can produce sweet and complex flavor profiles, depending on the processing conditions.
DISCOVER YOUR PALATE
Discover the flavors in your coffee
Each cup is an opportunity to explore new aromas, flavors, and sensations. You don’t need to be an expert to begin. Simply pay attention and enjoy the experience.
01. Discover the aroma
02. Prepare the infusion
03. Explore the flavor
04. Observe the sensations
Smell the freshly ground coffee and identify any familiar aromas. Do you notice notes of chocolate, nuts, or caramel?
Add hot water to the ground coffee and observe as new aromas are released. Let it steep before tasting.
Taste the coffee when it has cooled to a comfortable temperature. Pay attention to its sweetness, acidity, and any flavors you can identify.
Notice its body, texture, and the flavors that linger after each sip. Every palate is different, and every experience is unique.
